Transferring Points from the Cash Back account to the Auction account is entirely forbidden. Auction accounts may be cancelled at any time by River Belle. Auction Points that are classified as Bucks 2 Bid are not redeemable through the Auction system. If an Auction account is idle for a time period of three months, it will be closed and its balance will expire. To reopen an Auction account, a player will be required to agree once again to the bonus terms and conditions. If a player is awarded something as a result of an Auction, he or she is committed to informing River Belle of their address by email within 1 month after the end of the Auction's proceedings.
The bonus terms and conditions state that all bonuses are included within a player's membership, and River Belle reserves the right to countermand that membership at any time.

Finally, and most crucially, upon accepting the bonus terms and conditions, the player agrees to exempt River Belle, its owners, directors, workforce, service providers, partners, and agents from any kind of loss, costs, or damages that might be a result from any kind of dealings with the site, including issues related to bonuses. Players who live in states whose laws restrict their ability to take full liability must accept as much liability as is legally permitted.
